Using the store. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Products and descriptions. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Always supervise your pet with toys and accessories and follow the care notes on each product page.
Prices. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices at any time, but not after you've placed an order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal. By paying you also agree to PayPal's terms.
Delivery, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Intellectual property. The store's content, designs, images and logo belong to Loaf & Paw and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
