How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and already included in our prices.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days to the United States, and 10–20 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Our products are made and shipped by specialist partners, so items in the same order sometimes travel separately. You'll get tracking for each parcel.
Will I have to pay import fees?
For US orders, no. Import charges are included in the price. For Canada, Australia and New Zealand, your local customs may occasionally charge import taxes on delivery.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.
Are your products safe for my cat?
We choose products designed for cats and describe them accurately. Always supervise play with wand toys and small parts, put toys away after play, and check products regularly for wear.
How do I pay?
Checkout is through PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or, where PayPal allows it in your country, a debit or credit card.
