Free shipping on every order. Shipping costs are included in our prices.
Where we ship: United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders go to our fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days.
- United States: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates. Holidays and customs checks can add a few days.
More than one parcel Our products are made and shipped by specialist partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking for each.
Tracking: we email tracking details once each parcel ships.
Duties and taxes
- United States: import charges are included in our prices. Nothing to pay on delivery.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: your local customs or carrier may occasionally charge import taxes or duties on delivery. We can't control these. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
Late or lost parcels: not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch? Contact us and we'll send a replacement or give a full refund.
